Counseling Therapy

Asking for help is not a sign of weakness.

What can a life coach consultant do for you?

This is someone who can help you in a variety of ways. They can be your active listener or sound board. They can be your teacher or trainer. They are not there to provide you with advice or lectures. Instead, they are skilled to give input, covering a broad basis of techniques and providing you with psycho-education in order to help benefit your situation. This can include coping mechanisms such as aiding your thoughts or behaviors as well as reducing any overwhelming emotion or feeling. Psychologists are trained to deal with your situation in a way that focuses on improving your overall mental health and well-being.

What is covered in sessions?

The session is your private space to talk and discuss your personal matters. It is entirely tailored to fit your needs. There is no limitation on what can or cannot be covered.

Additional covered: Mindfulness, interpersonal communication, and emotional regulation to improve your overall mental and physical well-being.

What can you expect in the sessions?

From the start of treatment, the plan will be outlined. This includes treatment goals. Treatment goals will be created together in the first session. In between sessions, there may be homework assigned for the client to practice.
